NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Gourmet Scoffs applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 01/02/2012 for a variation of the premises licence at 9 Terrace Walk, Bath, BA1 1LN to extend licensing hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings until 11.30pm. Representations should be made in writing to: Licensing Team 9-10 Bath Street Bath BA1 1SN By 01/03/2012 Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
